🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:Teach basic concepts (Alphabets, Numbers, Colors, Shapes, Rhymes, etc.).Create a fun, safe, and engaging classroom environment.Use play-way and activity-based teaching methods.Conduct storytelling, rhymes, and creative activities.Develop students’ communication and social skills.Handle small children with care, patience, and attention.Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids.Monitor student progress and share feedback with parents.Maintain classroom discipline in a friendly manner.Organize classroom activities, events, and celebrations.👤 Preferred Candidate Profile:Passion for working with young children.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, creativity, and caring nature.Prior experience in KG/Pre-school teaching preferred.Knowledge of phonics and early childhood education is a plus.Tamil speaking is an added advantage.
