🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:Teach Mathematics concepts clearly (Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, etc.).Train students for board exams and competitive exams (JEE foundation, if applicable).Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, and practice questions.Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer sheets, and give feedback.Simplify complex problems and improve students’ problem-solving skills.Handle doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.Track student performance and maintain academic records.Encourage logical thinking and analytical skills in students.Use interactive teaching methods for better understanding.Participate in academic planning and institutional activities.👤 Preferred Candidate Profile:Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.Good communication and teaching skills.Experience in teaching school/competitive exam students preferred.Ability to make concepts easy and engaging.Passion for teaching and mentoring students.Tamil speaking is an added advantage (for better student interaction).
