We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and multi-skilled Mother Teacher for Bharathidhasanar Public School - Walajapaet (CBSE) to be the primary guide for our youngest learners. As a Mother Teacher, you will spend the majority of the day with one class, teaching multiple foundational (KG to Grade 2) subjects (English, Tamil, Math, EVS, and CS) while providing emotional support, care, and a smooth transition from home to school.

Key Responsibilities

Holistic Teaching:

Teach foundational subjects (English, Basic Math, General Awareness/EVS, Tamil, and Comp.Sci) through creative, thematic, and story-based methods.

Nurturing Environment:

Provide a safe, loving, and supportive classroom environment that eases separation anxiety and builds child confidence.

Activity-Based Learning:

Design and conduct interactive activities, including rhymes, arts and crafts, sensory play, and circle time to develop fine and gross motor skills.

Habit Formation:

Guide children in developing essential life skills, good manners, hygiene habits, and social-emotional skills.

Parent Partnership:

Maintain close, regular communication with parents regarding their child's academic progress, behavior, eating habits, and overall well-being.
