Role Overview

As a Hostel Warden, you will be instrumental in the daily supervision and well-being of our boarding students. You will foster a safe and positive living and learning atmosphere, ensuring the holistic development of each student within the hostel premises. This is more than a supervisory role; it's about mentorship, guidance, and being a vital part of our students' journey at SRI VIJAY VIDHYALAYA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent pastoral care and supervision for all hostel students.

• Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to school and hostel regulations.

• Organize and oversee recreational, educational, and social activities within the hostel.

• Ensure the safety, security, and cleanliness of the hostel environment.

• Communicate effectively with school administration, parents, and guardians regarding student progress and well-being.

• Manage daily hostel operations and administrative tasks.

• Support students in their academic pursuits and personal development.
